Products and Services

• We supply All types of single phase and three phase transformers, Metering units, Constant Voltage Transformers (CVT), CT’s, Reactors/Insulators, Resin Cast VT.
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith; however, minor variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may incur interest charges or collection costs.

Orders and Delivery

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Returns and Refunds

• We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or defective goods.
• If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• Returns are subject to approval. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
• No refunds are provided for “change of mind” purchases unless required by law.

Warranties and Liability

• Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
  • Replacement of the product; or
  • Repair of the product; or
  • Refund of the purchase price.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All content on our website, brochures, and communications — including logos, text, images, and product designs — remains the property of Circle C Transformers or our licensors.
